Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use and enjoy. It treats the whole person including the body, emotions, mind and spirit. Some of the many benefits of a Reiki treatment include relaxation and feelings of peace and well-being. You can use Reiki to self-treat or work with other individuals, pets, plants etc. The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master in an attunement.
